Abstract: The present work deals with the case of juvenile offenders, institutions that have students in conflict with the law need to ensure that teenagers do not suffer prejudice and so can be reintegrated into society. Offenses in adolescence have many aspects and multiple reasons. They are usually associated with the economy, public policies, even personal aspects. Ensuring education is one of the main difficulties of the school, there are several factors that contribute to this non-guarantee, among them we can highlight the lack of reception of the minor offender, infrastructure problems, disciplinary orders, among others. This study has as a general objective to understand the role of the pedagogue when we see the development of the educational process offered to juvenile offenders. Through a bibliographic study, through research in articles, books and theses, between 2015 and 2021. The violence that moves within a school is so frightening that it becomes very difficult for its contention or resolution by managers and other members belonging to the school community. Therefore, several resources are sought to guarantee this integration of adolescents into the social environment and their permanence in the school environment, in this context, learning opportunities arise to contribute in this regard. The pedagogue is a professional whose function is to assist in the teaching and learning process, understanding the learning difficulties and intervening with them, through various pedagogical tools.
