O Processo de Dinamogenesis dos Direitos dos Idosos no Âmbito da Organização das Nações Unidas
O trabalho pretende abordar o
processo de dinamogenesis dos direitos dos
idosos no âmbito da Organização das Nações
Unidas (ONU). Analisam-se os principais
documentos dessa organização que tratam
sobre os idosos: Vienna International Plan of
Action on Ageing, United Nations Principles
for Older Persons e Madrid International Plan
of Action on Ageing. A finalidade do trabalho é
analisar de que forma os documentos da ONU
trataram os direitos dos idosos. Pretende-se
demonstrar, também, se há uma base normativa
ampla que trate dos direitos dos idosos. A
metodologia adotada é descritiva, documental
e bibliográfica.

Abstract:
This article aims to address the
dynamogenesis process of the rights of the
elderly within the framework of the United
Nations (UN). The main documents of this
organization dealing with the elderly are
analyzed: Vienna International Plan of Action
on Aging, United Nations Principles for Older
Persons and Madrid International Plan of Action
on Aging. The purpose of the paper is to examine
how UN documents have addressed the rights
of the elderly. It is also intended to demonstrate
whether there is a broad normative basis on the
rights of the elderly. The methodology adopted
is descriptive, documentary and bibliographical.
