O PREÇO PELA EXPANSÃO DOS HORIZONTES FEMININOS: UMA ANÁLISE DIFERENCIADA DO ESTRESSE, OS MÚLTIPLOS PAPÉIS E A SOMATIZAÇÃO
O presente trabalho buscou verificar
como os múltiplos papéis podem influenciar
a vida das mulheres, assim como observar a
fase e as consequências do estresse. Foram
sujeitos, 25 mulheres selecionadas de forma
espontânea, em ambientes diversos. Com
base no Inventário de Sintomas de Stress
para Adultos de Lipp e um questionário semiestruturado,
observou-se que 92% das mulheres
apresentaram estresse, 1 se encontrava na fase
de alerta, 13 na fase de resistência e 9 na fase
de quase-exaustão. Concluiu-se através deste
estudo que as mulheres vêm alcançando mais
espaços no mercado de trabalho, porém não
deixaram seus antigos papéis, assumindo uma
sobrecarga de funções e por isso percebeu-se a
necessidade de reafirmar um olhar diferenciado
para a situação dessas mulheres, controlando
e prevenindo doenças causadas pelo estresse
como algo primordial em seus planos de vida e
ou carreiras.

Abstract:
The present work sought to verify
how the multiple roles can influence the life of
the women, as well as to observe the phase and
the consequences of the stress. Twenty-five
women were spontaneously selected in different
settings. Based on the Lipp’s Inventory of Stress
Symptoms for Adults and a semi-structured
questionnaire, it was observed that 92% of the
women presented stress, 1 was in the alert
phase, 13 in the resistance phase and 9 in the
near- exhaustion. It was concluded through this
study that women have reached more spaces in
the labor market, but they did not leave their old
roles, assuming an overload of functions and for
that reason the need to reaffirm a different look
for the situation of these women, controlling
and preventing illnesses caused by stress as
paramount in their life plans and or careers.
