O PODER PASTORAL E A DIREÇÃO DE CONSCIÊNCIA: DISPOSITIVOS E ELEMENTOS DE VERDADE NA EXPERIÊNCIA DOS CORPOS DOS APENADOS
O presente artigo tem por finalidade analisar os critérios de governamentalidade estabelecidos pela pastoral em seus princípios da obediência sem fim, do exame incessante de consciência e do princípio de confissão exaustiva entendidos como dispositivos que se sustentam a partir do discurso salvífico dos apenados, para após encontrar no saber teológico elementos de verdade que possibilitam a caracterização do poder disciplinar como técnica de docilização dos corpos. A identificação desta relação permite encontrar uma ressignificação da fala de “obediência” na dupla relação do aplicador e receptor da norma para a formação de uma razão de Estado.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to analyze the criteria of governmentality established by the pastoral in its principles of obedience without end, the incessant examination of conscience and the principle of exhaustive confession, after finding In the theological knowledge elements of truth that enable the characterization of the disciplinary power as a technique for the docilization of bodies. The identification of this relation allows us to find a re- signification of the speech of "obedience" in the double relation of the applicator and receiver of the norm to the formation of a state reason.
