O PODER DO RÁDIO COMO INSTRUMENTO PEDAGÓGICO DE DIVULGAÇÃO DO DIREITO E ACOMPANHAMENTO DAS MUDANÇAS SOCIAIS
Este artigo tem o objetivo de investigar o poder da utilização do rádio como instrumento pedagógico e meio de acompanhamento e divulgação de mudanças sociais, pela promoção de conhecimentos jurídicos. Por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, serão trazidas considerações sobre as mudanças sociais, decorrentes dos mais diversos fatores, e suas implicações na área do direito. Quanto à aplicação estritamente pedagógica do rádio, será dado um breve quadro dos problemas educacionais brasileiros, salientando como isso prejudica a aquisição de informações pelas pessoas, e apresentando algumas propostas para a correção de tais questões, focando na ampliação dos usos de comunicação de massa para a divulgação de informações. Ainda, será falado sobre a história do desenvolvimento da tecnologia do rádio, e sua efetiva aplicação no campo do direito e da pedagogia, lembrando a atuação da Rádio FM UCDB, como sustentáculo à tese central. Na consecução dessa pesquisa, será utilizado o método dedutivo, com procedimento científico funcionalista, apoiado pelo uso de embasamento teórico interdisciplinar entre as áreas tratadas. Sobre os resultados, verificou-se que as comunicações radiofônicas são instrumentos úteis para ampla difusão de conhecimento, facilitando seu acesso à população comum, e divulgando as mudanças sociais, concluindo-se que são uma excelente maneira de concretizar a cidadania e o desenvolvimento humano.

Abstract:
This paper has the objective of investigate the power of using the radio like a pedagogical instrument and way of monitoring and dissemination of social changes, by promoting juridical knowledges. By means of a bibliographical research, there will be brought considerations about the social changes, arising from the more diverse factors, and their implications in the area of Law. About the strictly pedagogical application of the radio, a brief framework of the Brazilian educational problems will be given, stating how it harms the information acquisition by the people, and presenting some purposes to deal with such matters, focusing on the expansion of the mass communication uses to spread information. Still, the history of radio development will be talked, as well as its effective application in the fields of Law and Pedagogy, remembering the actions of Radio FM UCDB, as support for the central thesis. In the achievement of this research, it will be used the deductive method, with functionalist scientific procedure, supported by the use of interdisciplinary theoretical basis between the treated areas. About the results, it has been verified that the radio communications are useful instruments for large knowledge diffusion, facilitating its access to the common population, and spreading the social changes, concluding that they are an excellent manner of achieving the citizenship and human development.
