O PLANO DE ASSISTÊNCIA ESTUDANTIL NO CONTEXTO DE EXPANSÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO SUPERIOR PÚBLICA
Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar
o significado do Plano de Assistência Estudantil
no contexto de expansão da Educação Superior
pública. A reflexão crítica desse processo
considera a problematização das políticas sociais
em tempos de hegemonia do capital financeiro;
do processo de expansão da Educação
Superior no contexto de reestruturação do fundo
público; e a reflexão da Assistência Estudantil
neste processo de expansão. E conclui que
essa dinâmica contribui para um processo de
naturalização das desigualdades produzidas
pelo capital, ao mesmo tempo em que valoriza
a educação como uma das vias principais
para o desenvolvimento de políticas sociais de
inclusão.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the
meaning of the Student Assistance Plan in
the context of the expansion of Public Higher
Education. The critical reflection of this process
considers the problematization of social policies
in times of hegemony of financial capital; Of the
process of expansion of the Higher Education in
the context of the restructuring of the public fund;
And the reflection of the Student Assistance
in this process of expansion. It concludes
that this dynamic contributes to a process
of naturalization of inequalities produced by
capital, while that values education as one of
the main avenues for the development of social
inclusion policies.
