O PIBID COMO MEIO DE FORMAÇÃO E INSERÇÃO DE TEMAS LIGADOS A DIVERSIDADE CULTURAL
O objetivo principal deste artigo é discorrer sobre o papel da educação e os significados que ela foi adquirindo ao longo dos anos no Brasil, ao inserir temáticas relativas à diversidade. É realizada uma análise acerca da importância das leis 10.639 que discorre sobre o ensino de temas afro nas escolas e a 11.645, que altera a primeira e insere a temática indígena, para promoção da diversidade no ensino. Além disso, o artigo procura mostrar a relevância do PIBID (Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação a Docência) enquanto instrumento para abordar essas temáticas e transformar o ensino, podendo proporcionar aos futuros educadores experiencias que agregam na formação, descrevendo atividades realizadas pelos estudantes de história que atuaram como estagiários do programa em três escolas diferentes na região metropolitana de Belo Horizonte.

Abstract:
The main objective of this article is to discuss the role of education and the meanings it has acquired over the years in Brazil, when inserting themes related to diversity. An analysis is made of the importance of laws 10,639, which discusses the teaching of Afro themes in schools, and 11,645, which changes the first and inserts the indigenous theme, to promote diversity in education. In addition, the article seeks to show the relevance of PIBID (Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships) as an instrument to address these issues and transform teaching, providing future educators with experiences that add to their education, describing activities carried out by history students who served as interns in the program at three different schools in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte.
