do gestor escolar não se resume meramente à

O gestor também é muito importante para esse
aprimoramento da participação da família.
Portanto o gestor tem que desenvolver junto
a toda a equipe escolar o espírito de liderança
para produzir motivação a todos para atender
as exigências do desenvolvimento de uma
escola. Portanto o mesmo é um componente
importante para uma instituição com isso leva
ao sucesso de toda a sua equipe. Este artigo
tem como objetivo principal abordar como está
o papel do gestor escolar e propor uma reflexão
sobre essa gestão. Considerando que ele é
essencial para um bom funcionamento de uma
escola.

Abstract:
Management is a branch of the
humanities because they deal with a group of

has to develop with the whole school team the
