O PERCURSO DA CONSTITUIÇÃO DA PSICOSE: UM ESTUDO PSICANALÍTICO EM FREUD E LACAN
Este trabalho pretende revisar a trajetória da teoria da psicose desde Freud até Lacan, fazendo um paralelo dela com a neurose. Essas duas estruturas não eram diferenciadas, inicialmente, por Freud. É, sobretudo, em 1923, após o trabalho “O Eu e o Isso”, que se dá, de fato, a separação entre neurose e psicose. Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica desses dois autores e seus comentadores, é possível averiguar o papel do narcisismo na estrutura psicótica – seja paranoica, esquizofrênica ou melancólica – e, também, sua associação com o estádio do espelho em Lacan. Em seguida, leva-se em conta a teoria acerca da Fantasia neurótica para evidenciar a função correspondente do delírio na psicose, tão exposta por Freud em seu estudo do caso Schreber. Por fim, pretende-se avançar na temática da psicose, mais especificamente na linguagem desta estrutura, que se apresenta de forma particular – comparativamente à neurose – devido a foraclusão de um significante primordial, o Nome-do-Pai.

Abstract:
This paper intends to review the trajectory of the psychosis' theory from Freud to Lacan, making a parallel between it and neurosis. These two structures were not initially differentiated by Freud. It is in 1923, after the paper “The Ego and the Id”, that there is, in fact, a separation between neurosis and psychosis. Through a bibliographic review of these two authors and their commentators, it is possible to ascertain the role of narcissism in the psychotic structure – whether paranoid, schizophrenic or melancholic – and also its association with The Mirror Stage in Lacan. Then, It is taken into account the teory of the neurotic fantasy to highlight the corresponding function of delusion in psychosis, deeply exposed by Freud in his study of the Schreber case. Finally, we intend to advance in the theme of psychosis, more specifically in the language of this structure, which presents itself in a particular way - compared to neurosis - due to the foreclosure of a primordial signifier, the Name-of-the-Father.
