Abstract: The lifestyle of people and their behaviors has been the target of science for some time, however many of the habits can be changed through actions in primary health care (PHC). This study aimed to analyze the impact of interventions by a NASF-AB team on the lifestyle of PHC users. This is an analytical, retrospective case study with a quantitative approach. 50 users of “Movimente-se” were evaluated, who performed activities three times a week, one hour a day. The data were collected through the “Pentáculo do Bem-Estar” and the physical assessment. The data were analyzed using the McNammar test. After the interventions, all items were evaluated by at least 60% of the users as “it is almost always part of their lifestyle” or “it is always part of their lifestyle”. The items that obtained statistical significance according to the McNamar test were related to "active leisure", "strength and stretching exercise", "walking or cycling", "knowing blood pressure, cholesterol levels and trying to control them", “Tobacco and alcohol consumption” and “set aside time every day to relax”. It can be said that the interdisciplinary and multiprofessional interventions carried out in the Movimente-se group promoted significant changes in the users lifestyle in some of the studied variables
