O PAPEL FORMADOR DA SECRETARIA DE EDUCAÇÃO NA GARANTIA DA GESTÃO ESCOLAR DAS INSTITUIÇÕES CONVENIADAS DE EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL NO DISTRITO FEDERAL

O estudo tem como objetivo investigar a atuação da Coordenação

Intermediária de Educação Infantil da rede pública do Distrito Federal em relação à

gestão escolar nas instituições conveniadas que atendem tal etapa. A pesquisa

adota como método o materialismo histórico dialético, que compreende que o

indivíduo não pode ser analisado separado das suas condições materiais de vida.

Como estratégias metodológicas têm-se: análise documental, observação e

entrevista. É possível inferir que o trabalho da coordenação implica em uma ação

importante no acompanhamento dessas instituições, possibilitando a interlocução

com os gestores e a disseminação das propostas pedagógicas da SEEDF. Contudo,

é importante ressaltar que existem algumas lacunas em relação às condições de

trabalho e de formação.

Abstract:
The study aims to investigate the role of Intermediary Coordination of

Early Childhood Education of the public school network in the Federal District in

relation to school management in non-public institutions who cater for that stage. The

research method adopted is historical dialectic materialism which understands that

the individual cannot be analyzed separately from the material conditions of his life.

As methodological strategies we have: documentary analysis, observation and

interview. It is possible to infer that the work of coordination implies an important role

in the monitoring of these institutions, enabling dialog with managers and the

dissemination of pedagogical proposals from the Secretary of State and Education of

the Federal District (SEEDF). However, it is important to note that there are some

gaps in relation to working conditions and training.
