O PAPEL DOS JOGOS E BRINCADEIRAS NO PROCESSO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO E APRENDIZAGEM DA CRIANÇA NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL
Este trabalho propõe algumas reflexões sobre o papel dos jogos e brincadeiras no processo de desenvolvimento e aprendizagem da criança na educação infantil. Como as instituições escolares se tornaram um dos poucos lugares onde a criança tem espaço adequado, lúdico e propício para estabelecerem relações de convívio comunitário e cooperativo, nosso intuito é apresentar aportes a todos àqueles que trabalham em Instituições de Educação Infantil, a compreenderem os jogos e brincadeiras como material pedagógico de extrema relevância no trabalho docente. Nessa conjuntura, a pesquisa vai recorrer e determinar às estreitas relações existentes entre a finalidade dos jogos e brincadeiras e seus objetivos dentro do processo de educação infantil, sem esquecer, que o ato de brincar deve ser considerado conhecimento e produtor de conhecimento onde a criança se expressa e conhece o mundo.

Abstract:
This article is based on the need to make an approach to the role of games and play in the child's development and learning process in early childhood education. As school institutions have become one of the few places where children have adequate, playful and conducive space to establish community and cooperative relationships, our aim is to present contributions to all those who work with Early Childhood Education Institutions, to understand the games and games as pedagogical material of extreme relevance in teaching work. At this juncture, the research will resort to and determine the close relationships between the purpose of games and their objectives within the children's educational process, without forgetting that the act of playing must be considered knowledge and a producer of knowledge where the child expresses himself and knows the world.
