O PAPEL DOS INSTITUTOS FEDERAIS NA FORMAÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA DO PROFESSOR BACHAREL: caminhos possíveis com as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais pra a Formação Inicial e para a Formação Continuada em nível superior.
O presente artigo discute o papel dos Institutos Federais/IF na formação continuada do professor bacharel, admitidos nessas instituições para atuar no Ensino Técnico e Tecnológico (EPT) e na pós-graduação Lato e Stricto Sensu, respaldados por sua elevada titulação, sem contudo, possuir a formação pedagógica necessária ao exercício da docência. Os IF, devido à natureza da sua criação, ofertam o Ensino Técnico e Tecnológico (EPT) até cursos de pós-graduação Lato e Stricto Sensu, o que demanda a admissão de profissionais com diversificados tipos de formação, inclusive àqueles oriundos de cursos de bacharelado. Buscaremos contrastar o desenho atribuído aos IF—ancorados pela verticalização do ensino e por sua estrutura pluricurricular e multicampi—, com suas possibilidades formativas para subsidiar a formação dos seus professores, em atendimento à Resolução nº 2 de 1º julho de 2015, que define as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais pra a Formação Inicial e para a Formação Continuada em nível superior. Nesse intento, respaldando-nos em referenciais bibliográficos que versam sobre o assunto, em documentos oficiais sobre os IF e na análise da legislação pertinente.

Abstract:
This article discusses the role of the Federal Institutes/FI in the continuing education of the professor with a Bachelor's degree, admitted to these institutions to act in Technical and Technological Education (EPT), for its acronym in Portuguese, and in the Lato and Stricto Sensu postgraduate courses, supported by their high degree level, without, however, possess the necessary pedagogical education for the exercise of teaching. Due to the nature of their creation, the FI offer Technical and Technological Education (EPT) up to Lato and Stricto Sensu postgraduate courses, which requires the admission of professionals with diverse types of education, including those from bachelor's degrees. We will seek to contrast the design attributed to the FI - anchored by the verticalization of teaching and by its pluricurricular and multicampi structure -, with its formative possibilities to subsidize the education of its professors, in compliance with Resolution No. 2 of July 1, 2015, which defines the National Curricular Guidelines for Initial and Continuing Education at a higher level. For this, supported in bibliographic references that deal with the subject and in official documents about the FI, in the analysis of the relevant legislation.
