O PAPEL DO SINDICATO NAS RECLAMATÓRIAS TRABALHISTAS: O CASO DA CIA. CERVEJARIA BRAHMA
Pretende-se analisar o papel dos sindicados no ambiente laboral da Cervejaria Brahma em Passo Fundo/RS nos anos de 1989 à 1994, a partir de 58 processos trabalhistas do Tribunal de Justiça do Trabalho, da 4ª Região, 1ª e 2ª Junta de Conciliação e Julgamento, Passo Fundo/RS, entre esses destaca-se uma ação coletiva onde o sindicato representou 300 funcionários da empresa. O texto tem como objetivo levantar o questionamento sobre a contribuição dos sindicatos para a melhoria das condições de trabalho dos reclamantes, visto que a empresa foi fechada em 1997.

Abstract:
It is intended to analyze the role of unions in the working environment of Cervejaria Brahma in Passo Fundo / RS in the years 1989 to 1994, based on 58 labor lawsuits from the Labor Court, 4th Region, 1st and 2nd Conciliation Board and Judgment, Passo Fundo / RS, among these stands out a collective action where the union represented 300 employees of the company. The text aims to raise the question about the contribution of the unions to the improvement of the working conditions of the claimants, since the company was closed in 1997.
