O PAPEL DO PROFESSOR FORMADOR PARA A APRENDIZAGEM DO ALUNO DA EAD
A Educação à Distância (EAD) tem sido, especialmente, importante para ampliar o acesso à educação àqueles que não podem estar presentes numa sala de aula, contribuindo assim para que, grande parcela da população, seja qualificada para o mercado de trabalho. Neste sentido, o presente estudo buscou verificar qual o papel do professor formador para a aprendizagem do aluno da EAD. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo revisão bibliográfica, buscando-se referenciais teóricos na base de dados Scielo (Scientific Electronic Library Online) e Google acadêmico, com uma total de vinte trabalhos pesquisados e analisados. Utilizou-se as palavras “Educação à distância” e “professor formador” como descritores. Conforme achados, o professor formador possui uma diversidade de funções no ensino de EAD, tais como: promover interação pedagógica com os discentes, construir o conteúdo da disciplina, avaliar, instigar no aluno o raciocínio crítico, dominar as TIC`s, dentre outras competências. Portanto infere-se que, o professor formador da EAD, possui inúmeras atribuições além de, somente, transferir conhecimento, sendo também peça-chave para o discente construir seu saber no processo dicotômico de ensino-aprendizagem.

Abstract:
Distance Education (EAD) has been especially important to expand access to education for those who cannot be present in a classroom, thus contributing to a large portion of the population being qualified for the job market. In this sense, the present study sought to verify the role of the teacher teacher for the learning of the EAD student. This is a descriptive study, of the bibliographic review type, looking for theoretical references in the database Scielo (Scientific Electronic Library Online) and Google academic, with a total of twenty works researched and analyzed. The words “Distance education” and “teacher trainer” were used as descriptors. According to the findings, the teacher teacher has a diversity of functions in the teaching of distance education, such as: promoting pedagogical interaction with students, building the content of the discipline, evaluating, instigating in the student critical reasoning, mastering ICT`s, among other skills. Therefore, it can be inferred that the teacher who is a teacher of distance education has numerous attributions, in addition to only transferring knowledge, and is also a key part for students to build their knowledge in the dichotomous teaching-learning process.
