O PAPEL DO GESTOR ESCOLAR NO ENFRENTAMENTO DO FENÔMENO BULLYING: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
O presente artigo traz para a reflexão sobre o maior desafio que consiste em compreender o papel do gestor escolar no enfrentamento do fenômeno bullying. Some-se a isso descrever o bullying através das origens e conceitos, verificar as consequências e os impactos no processo de inclusão que o fenômeno pode ocasionar, bem como, identificar os tipos de bullying no âmbito educacional. A metodologia utilizada foi baseada em revisão de literatura, por meio de livros e artigos científicos de autores que fundamentam este estudo. Trata-se de um sujeito articulador, estimulador das ações, responsável pelo espaço coletivo de discussão que se impulsiona no meio escolar. No que concerne ao bullying, o fenômeno começou a ser objeto de estudo nos anos 80, caracteriza-se em atos violentos que são praticados inúmeras vezes contra uma pessoa considerada indefesa. Podendo ser praticado de forma verbal, física, psicológica, sexual e moral, acarretando consequências físicas e psicológicas, dependendo da gravidade que a vítima sofre o ato, algumas crianças e adolescentes podem criar bloqueio com a escola, causando baixo rendimento, evasão escolar ou mesmo vontade de desistir da escolarização. Diante desse fenômeno o gestor escolar atua em conjunto, em parceria com os funcionários da escola e famílias no sentido de contribuir para o fortalecimento de uma sociedade democrática, justa e solidária.

Abstract:
This article brings to the reflection on the biggest challenge that consists of understanding the role of the school manager in facing the bullying phenomenon. In addition to this, describe bullying through its origins and concepts, verify the consequences and impacts on the process of inclusion that the phenomenon can cause, as well as identify the types of bullying in the educational field. The methodology used was based on a literature review, through books and scientific articles by authors that support this study. It is an articulating subject, stimulator of actions, responsible for the collective space for discussion that is promoted in the school environment. With regard to bullying, the phenomenon began to be studied in the 80s, characterized in violent acts that are practiced numerous times against a person considered defenseless. It can be practiced verbally, physically, psychologically, sexually and morally, causing physical and psychological consequences, depending on the severity that the victim suffers from the act, some children and adolescents can create a blockage with the school, causing low performance, school dropout or even willingness to drop out of schooling. Faced with this phenomenon, the school manager works together, in partnership with school employees and families, in order to contribute to the strengthening of a democratic, fair and solidary society.
