O PAPEL DO GESTOR ESCOLAR NA CARREIRA DE EDUCADORES RECÉM FORMADOS
Este estudo objetivou reforçar como é importante e essencial a presença do coordenador pedagógico atuando no início da carreira escolar dos professores recém-formados. É relevante entender o tal papel dado os crescentes estudos que falam do deficit de profissionais na área da educação e de sua evasão, frustrações de profissionais dessa mesma área e da forma como o educador é percebido em nosso país. Para isso, foram analisados três dos principais aspectos envolvidos aqui: o profissional professor em si, em seus primeiros anos de carreira e as emoções que pode vivenciar; o gestor (neste caso a figura do coordenador pedagógico) e suas tarefas e atribuições diárias; e a influência que essa figura pode exercer na formação dos professores iniciantes. Foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas de artigos, dissertações e reportagens que mostraram tal contexto e expuseram estudos que trouxeram luz adicional ao tema. Por fim, identifica-se que há dificuldades enfrentadas pelos próprios coordenadores, mas que não diminuem a demanda e a importância de seu papel como tutores dos novos profissionais docentes.

Abstract:
This pager aims to reinforce how important and essential it is the presence of a pedagogical coordinator acting in the beginning of a newly graduated teacher career. It is relevant to understand the role, given the rising in studies that discuss the lack of professionals in the education area and their churn rate, the frustrations of professionals in the area and the way the educator is perceived in our country. For such, there were three main aspects analyzed here: the teachers professionals themselves, in their first career years and the emotions they can feel; the manager (in this case, under the role of a pedagogical coordinator) and their tasks and daily assignments; and the influence that this role can perform in the formation of the beginner teachers. Bibliographic research for articles, dissertations and reports that show this context was performed and exposed studies that shed light to the subject. Ultimately, it is identified that there are difficulties faced by the coordinators themselves, but that do not lower the demand and the importance of their roles as tutors of recent teaching professionals.
