O PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO NO CONTROLE DA SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE NO CENTRO CIRURGICO
Segurança do paciente é um assunto que requer cuidados e atenção voltada não só para o paciente, mas para o ambiente, procedimentos e equipamentos utilizados, pois se torna muito importante para o ambiente hospitalar. Visto isto, notasse que a segurança do paciente evita infecções hospitalares, sequelas e ate óbitos. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral Identificar os estudos sobre segurança do paciente no centro cirúrgico. Objetivos específicos: descrever a importância da segurança do paciente no centro cirúrgico e caracterizar os problemas identificados na não implantação da segurança do paciente e o papel do enfermeiro no centro cirúrgico. Trata- se de um estudo de revisão bibliográfica com artigos localizados no Scielo[1], no período de 2010 a 2017. Encontrou-se 100 materiais e contou-se com 20 artigos, foi possível identificar que existem muitos artigos publicados em relação ao tema abordado. Os erros sem a implantação do núcleo de segurança do paciente ocorrem em todas as fases do sistema de medicação. O desafio da segurança do paciente, que buscam a redução dos eventos nas instituições de saúde tem sido a assimilação, por parte dos dirigentes, de que a causa dos erros e eventos adversos é multifatorial. O papel do enfermeiro exige, além de conhecimento científico, responsabilidade, habilidade técnica, estabilidade emocional pela diversidade dos profissionais ali atuantes. Conclui-se que a segurança do paciente é fundamental para o centro cirúrgico, pois evita erros médicos e de enfermagem, e ajuda a organizar dados e procedimentos da equipe, para que o
ambiente hospitalar seja seguro para o paciente e a equipe de saúde tenha segurança nos procedimentos e ações realizadas.

Abstract:
Patient safety is a subject that requires care and attention focused not only on the patient, but on the environment, procedures and equipment used, as it becomes very important for the hospital environment. In view of this, note that patiente safety avoids hospital infections, sequelae and even deaths. The present work has as its general objective to identify studies on patient safety in the surgical center. Specific objectives: to describe the importance of patient safety in the surgical area and to characterize in the problems identified in the problems identified in the non implementation of patient safety and the role of nurses in the operating room. This is a bibliographic review study with articles located in scielo, from 2010 to 2017. 100 materials were found and 20 articles were found, it was possible to identify that there are many articles published in relation to the topic addressed. Errors without the implantation of the patient`s safety nucleus occur in all phases of the medication system. The challenge of patient safety, which seeks to reduce events in helth institution, has been the assimilation by managers, that the cause of errors and adverse events is multifactorial. The role of the nurse requires, in addition to scientific knowledge, responsibility, technical ability, emocional stability due to the diversity of professionals working there. It is concluded that patient safety is fundamental for the surgical center, as it avoids medical and nursing errors, and helps to organize data and procedures of the team, so that the hospital environment is safe for the patient and the health tem has security in the procedures and actions performed.
