O PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO NA PREVENÇÃO DE LESÕES DE PELE EM RECÉM-NASCIDOS PREMATUROS INTERNADOS EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA NEONATAL
Objetivo: Descrever a atuação do enfermeiro na prevenção de lesões de pele em recém-nascidos dentro de uma unidade de terapia intensiva neonatal. Método: Revisão Integrativa da Literatura (RIL) realizada entre março e novembro 2022, no Portal da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), nas bases de dados: Literatura Latino- Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System on-line (MEDLINE), Bases de Dados da Enfermagem (BDENF), ColecionaSUS. Os descritores selecionados conforme o DECS foram : Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal, Recém-nascido Prematuro, Enfermagem, ambos utilizando o operador booleano "AND". Resultados e discussões nos levou a analise de quatro categorias,são elas : Cenário da Terapia Intensiva Neonatal onde o ambiente é organizado pela equipe de enfermagem e supervisionado pelo Enfermeiro da equipe.Riscos para Lesão de pele em Recém- nascido Prematuro ás lesões de pele ocorrem devido a pele desse rn ser imatura, fina e má formada.A importância do uso dos Dispositivos Venoso em RNPT, devido ao tempo de internação prologada o uso desses dispositivos são essencias para eficacia do tratamento. A Vivência do Enfermeiro no cuidado ao Recém-Nascido o Enfermeiro é o lider da equipe, compete a ele estar ciente de todos os procedimentos realizado ao paciente neste setor. Considerações Finais: Nestes observou-se que o Enfermeiro é o líder responsável pelo manuseio do cuidado e prevenção de lesões de pele em RNPT, e tem como desafio realizar o treinamentos os profissionais que compõe a equipe , fiscalização e organização do setor, além de prestar uma atenção humanizada a família desse RNRT internado em uma UTIN.

Abstract:
Objective: To describe the role of nurses in preventing skin lesions in newborns within a neonatal intensive care unit. Method: Integrative Literature Review (RIL) carried out between March and November 2022, on the Portal of the Virtual Health Library (BVS), in the databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Online Retrieval System (MEDLINE), Nursing Databases (BDENF), ColecionaSUS. The descriptors selected according to the DECS were: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Premature Newborn, Nursing, both using the Boolean operator "AND". Results and discussions led us to analyze four categories, they are: Neonatal Intensive Care Scenario where the environment is organized by the nursing team and supervised by the team nurse. due to the skin of this newborn being immature, thin and poorly formed. The importance of using Venous Devices in PTNB, due to the prolonged hospitalization time, the use of these devices are essential for the effectiveness of the treatment. The Nurse's Experience in Newborn Care The Nurse is the leader of the team, it is up to him to be aware of all the procedures performed on the patient in this sector. Final Considerations: In these, it was observed that the Nurse is the leader responsible for handling the care and prevention of skin lesions in PTNB, and has the challenge of training the professionals who make up the team, supervision and organization of the sector, in addition to providing a humanized attention to the family of this RNRT hospitalized in a NICU.
