O PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO NA PARADA CARDIORRESPIRATORIA E SEUS REFLEXOS NA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM
A PCR é a principal causa de morbimortalidade, e para evitar maiores danos ao paciente, é importante que as manobras de RCP sejam de qualidade. Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar o papel do Enfermeiro frente a PCR e seus reflexos na equipe de enfermagem, através de uma revisão bibliográfica e de artigos coletados nas bases de dados LATINDEX, Google Scholar e SCIELO, literaturas físicas e publicações periódicas. Os estudos demonstraram um déficit de conhecimento do profissional enfermeiro em relação as técnicas de RCP, tendo como dificuldades, a liderança frente a RCP, a falta de recursos, a instabilidade emocional e a falta de fornecimento de educação continuada, assim, interferindo na qualidade da assistência prestada pela equipe. As conclusões dos estudos levam a inferir que a atuação do enfermeiro frente a assistência ao paciente em PCR interfere direta e indiretamente na assistência prestada pela equipe e no prognóstico do paciente

Abstract:
CRA is the main cause of morbidity and mortality, and to avoid further damage to the patient, it is important that the CPR maneuvers are of good quality. This study aims to identify the Nurse's role in the face of CRP and its effects on the nursing team, through a bibliographic review and articles collected in the LATINDEX, Google Scholar and SCIELO databases, physical literature and periodical publications. The studies demonstrated a lack of knowledge of professional nurses in relation to CPR techniques, with difficulties such as leadership in face of CPR, lack of resources, emotional instability and lack of provision of continuing education, thus interfering with the quality of care. assistance provided by the team. The conclusions of the studies lead to the inference that the role of the nurse in relation to patient care in CRA directly and indirectly interferes with the care provided by the team and the patient's prognosis
