Providing differentiated and comprehensive care. Objetive: Describe the care provided by the nurse during low-risk prenatal care. We used 7 articles that met the objective of this study. Result and discussion: The present study made it possible to analyze points that can enhance or weaken the quality of prenatal care provided by nurses. On the other hand, the delay in obtaining test results and the lack of professionals in the health team were weaknesses.. Conclusion: The quality care offered in prenatal care was associated with welcoming, characterizing a potentiality, as pregnant women tend to adhere to the services offered when they build a bond with the unit's professionals. The fragility of care is due to the delay in the results of the tests, delaying the diagnoses.
