O PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO AUDITOR NO PROCESSO DE AUDITORIA EM ENFERMAGEM: ENFOQUE REVISIONAL
O enfermeiro auditor tem uma função importante no processo de auditoria em enfermagem, pois é esse profissional que analisa a conta hospitalar com o objetivo de verificar a exatidão das cobranças hospitalares e garantir o pagamento justo frente ao atendimento prestado. Esse profissional necessita ter conhecimento sobre todas as rotinas institucionais e principalmente seguir condutas para realizar uma análise eficiente na conta hospitalar. Este trabalho teve por objetivo verificar o papel do enfermeiro auditor no processo de auditoria em enfermagem, por meio do enfoque revisional. Assim, foi realizada consulta em bases de dados e publicações de artigos relacionados ao tema. Este trabalho permitiu, por meio da metodologia aplicada, a busca por publicações sobre os temas auditoria, auditoria em enfermagem e enfermeiro auditor, além de detalhar informações importantes que resultaram no alcance do objetivo predeterminado. Após analisar as publicações sobre os temas relacionados foi possível verificar que é importante que o enfermeiro auditor tenha conhecimento da legislação, além da qualificação necessária para realizar a auditoria de enfermagem e, assim, não se comprometer em procedimentos inadequados.

Abstract:
The nurse auditor has an important role in the audit process in nursing, as it is this professional who analyzes the hospital bill in order to verify the accuracy of hospital charges and ensure fair payment for the care provided. This professional needs to have knowledge about all institutional routines and mainly to follow conducts to perform an efficient analysis on the hospital bill. This study aimed to verify the role of the nurse auditor in the nursing audit process, through a review approach. Thus, databases and publications of articles related to the topic were consulted. This work allowed, through the applied methodology, the search for publications on the topics audit, nursing audit and nurse auditor, in addition to detailing important information that resulted in the achievement of the predetermined objective. After analyzing the publications on the related topics, it was possible to verify that it is important that the nurse auditor has knowledge of the legislation, in addition to the necessary qualification to perform the nursing audit and, thus, not commit to inappropriate procedures.
