O PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO(A) NA VISITA DOMICILIAR À PACIENTES IDOSOS ACAMADOS COM LESÃO POR PRESSÃO
As doenças crônicas não transmissíveis tornam-se cada vez mais frequentes,
aumentando a prevalência de idosos dependentes e acamados, que juntamente com
outros fatores de risco, favorecem o surgimento das Lesões por Pressão (LPP),
sendo fundamental o papel do enfermeiro na prevenção e tratamento dessas lesões
nas visitas domiciliares. Objetivo: identificar o que versa a literatura sobre o papel
do enfermeiro na visita domiciliar à pacientes idosos acamados com LPP. Materiais
e Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada a partir da
busca eletrônica, nas plataformas: Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Scientific
Eletronic Library Online (Scielo) e CAPES, por meio das palavras-chave:
“Enfermagem”, “Idoso” e “Lesão por Pressão” combinadas pelo operador booleano
“AND”. Os critérios de inclusão foram idioma na língua portuguesa ou que possuam
tradução para o português, recorte temporal no período de 10 anos (2012 e 2022) e
que abordasse sobre a temática. Resultados: Foram incluídos na presente revisão
07 artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Dentre as principais medidas
adotadas pelo enfermeiro na prevenção e tratamento das LPP no domicílio foram
encontradas: a avaliação do risco de desenvolvimento das LPP por meio escala de
Braden, as mudanças de decúbito, os cuidados com a nutrição e a hidratação.
Considerações Finais: cabe ao enfermeiro compreender os fatores de risco que
contribuem para a formação de lesões, realizar visitas domiciliares e orientar aos
familiares dos idosos, tendo em vista uma atuação holística, como parte do processo
de cuidar durante a visita domiciliar.

Abstract:
Chronic non-communicable diseases become increasingly frequent, increasing the
prevalence of dependent and bedridden elderly, who, together with other risk factors,
favor the emergence of Pressure Injuries (PPL), and the role of nurses in the
prevention and treatment of these injuries in home visits is fundamental. Objective:
to identify what the literature deals with the role of nurses in home visits to elderly
patients bedridden with PPL. Materials and Methods: This is an integrative review of
the literature performed from electronic search, on the platforms: Virtual Health
Library (VHL), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) and CAPES, through the
keywords: "Nursing", "Elderly" and "Pressure Injury" combined by boolean operator
"AND". The inclusion criteria were language in Portuguese or that have translation
into the Portuguese, a time frame in the period of 10 years (2012 and 2022) and that
addressed the theme. Results: 7 articles that met the inclusion criteria were included
in this review. Among the main measures adopted by nurses in the prevention and
treatment of PPL at home were: the assessment of the risk of developing PPL scans
using the Braden scale, changes in decubitus, nutrition care and hydration. Final
Considerations: it is up to the nurse to understand the risk factors that contribute to
the formation of injuries, to make home visits and to guide the relatives of the elderly,
in view of a holistic performance, as part of the care process during the home visit.
