O PAPEL DE ATUAÇÃO E INTERVENÇÃO DO CENTRO DE REFERÊNCIA DE ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL(CRAS) DE UBATÃ-BAHIA E A POPULAÇÃO ATENDIDA ENTRE 2016 E 2017
O presente estudo é uma pesquisa na área de Políticas Públicas, referente à atuação e intervenção do Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (CRAS) de Ubatã-Bahia e a população atendida nos anos de 2016 e 2017. As políticas sociais se consagraram, no Brasil, depois do processo de redemocratização (1988), e nesse acompanhamento assim, faz-se necessário entender a política de assistência social no Brasil, compreender a relação entre o direito à assistência social no país, compreender à relação entre o direito a assistência social e a condição de bem estar social, como também discutir os desafios e o processo de intervenção desenvolvido pelo CRAS de Ubatã-Bahia. Partiu-se da indagação: qual o perfil de atuação e intervenção do Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (CRAS) de Ubatã-Bahia em 2016 e 2017? Esse estudo disponibiliza ao CRAS de Ubatã-Bahia, a análise das ações e intervenções desenvolvidas, como também uma reflexão sobre intervenções futuras. A metodologia desenvolvida foi a da pesquisa bibliográfica, partindo de discussões significativas de diversos autores sobre o problema social e o bem estar dos indivíduos, do direito do indivíduo e da construção da Assistência Social no Brasil, do Centro de Referência de Assistência Social e tem ainda, o método documental, quanto o papel de atuação do CRAS – Ubatã e cadastros do Centro, quanto a população atendida. Assim, após o estudo teórico-analítico, concluiu-se que as Políticas Públicas Sociais são imprescindíveis no município de Ubatã-Bahia dada a sua demanda social. O CRAS desenvolveu atividades significativas no ano de 2016 e 2017 levando a população ao conhecimento e acesso a serviços sociais que reduzem a condição de vulnerabilidade e resgata a dignidade, oportunizando aos indivíduos a condição de agentes ativos no meio inserido, agentes que fazem parte de uma comunidade e precisam ser reconhecidos como cidadãos atuantes.

Abstract:
This study is a research in the área of public policies, referring to the performance and intervention of the Reference Center for Social Assistance (CRAS) in Ubatã-Ba and the population served in the years 2016 and 2017. Social policies were established in Brazil, after the process of redemocratization(1988), and in this way, it is necessary to understand the social assistance policy in Brazil, understand the relationship between the right to social. Assistance in the country, understand the relationship between the right to social assistance and the condition of social well-being, as well as discussing the challenges and the intervention process developed by CRAS in Ubatã-Bahia. It started from the question: what is the profile of action and intervention of the reference center for social assistance (CRAS) in Ubatã-Bahia in 2016-2017? This study provides CRAS in Ubatã-Bahia with an analysis of the actions and interventions developed. As well as a reflection on future interventions. The methodology developed was that of bibliographic research, starding from significant discussions by several authors on the social problem and the well-being of individuals, the right of the individual and the construction of social assistance in Brazil, from the Reference Center for Social Assistance, the documental method, regarding the role of CRAS – Ubatã and records of the center, regarding the population served. Thus, after the theoretical analytical study, it was concluded that public social policies are essential in the city of Ubatã-Bahia given its social demand. CRAS developed significant activities in 2016 and 2017, bringing the population to knowledge and access to social services that reduce the condition of vulnerability and rescues dignit, giving individuals the condition of active agents in the inserted environment, agents that are part of a community and need to be recognized as active citizens.
