O PAPEL DAS LIGAS ACADÊMICAS DE EMERGÊNCIA NO FORTALECIMENTO DA REDE DE ATENÇÃO ÀS URGÊNCIAS
As ligas acadêmicas no âmbito da saúde são instrumentos curriculares que articulam o ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão através de práticas entre a universidade, o sistema único de saúde, a rede de serviço público e a comunidade. No âmbito do SUS as ligas estão integradas na Rede de Atenção à Saúde (RAS). Esta rede tem o intuito de melhorar os serviços de saúde e garantir um avanço na efetivação do SUS. Neste sentido, o presente estudo tem o objetivo de relatar a importância das ligas acadêmicas de emergência no fortalecimento da Rede de Atenção às Urgências. Trata-se de pesquisa descritiva, de natureza qualitativa do tipo relato de experiência, realizada por meio da Liga de Enfermagem em Urgência e Emergência (LENUE) e no Núcleo de Extensão em Assistência Pré-Hospitalar (NEEAPH), ligas acadêmicas de uma universidade pública do Norte do Estado do Ceará. Os discentes inseridos no Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência e nas portas hospitalares de emergência desenvolvem atividades de suma importância para a equipe multiprofissional dentro da Rede de Urgência e Emergência, a medida que auxiliam a equipe no âmbito assistencial, administrativo e educativo, possibilitando o desenvolvimento de práticas voltadas nos princípios do SUS, por meio da universalidade, integralidade e equidade, através da articulação os diversos pontos de atenção.

Abstract:
Academic leagues in health are curricular instruments that articulate teaching, research and extension through practices between the university, the single health system, the public service network and the community. In the context of SUS, the leagues are integrated into the Health Care Network (RAS). This network aims to improve health services and guarantee an advance in the implementation of SUS. In this sense, the present study has the objective of reporting the importance of emergency academic leagues in the strengthening of the Emergency Attention Network, through a descriptive research, of a qualitative nature of the type of experience report, performed through the League of Nursing in Emergency and Emergency (LENUE) and in the Nucleus of Extension in Pre-Hospital Assistance (NEEAPH), academic leagues of a public university of the state of Ceará. The students enrolled in the Mobile Emergency Care Service and in the emergency hospital doors develop activities of paramount importance for the multiprofessional team within the Emergency and Emergency Network, as they assist the staff in the assistance, administrative and educational scope, enabling the development of practices based on SUS principles, through universality, integrality and equity, through articulation of the various points of attention.
