O PAPEL DA COMISSÃO PRÓPRIA DE AVALIAÇÃO ATRAVÉS DOS DADOS COLETADOS NA AVALIAÇÃO INSTITUCIONAL
A avaliação do ponto de vista ético deve pertencer ao interesse público e ser assegurada por propósitos ligados à proatividade, natureza participativa, envolvendo comunidade acadêmica, sociedade e setor governamental representado pelo Ministério da Educação inscrito no Sistema de Avaliação do Ensino Superior – SINAES. Através do viés das avaliações internas busca-se mediar e integrar intenções específicas de vários grupos interessados, como dirigentes, comunidade acadêmica, pais, alunos, sociedade civil na perspectiva de promover mudanças para melhorar a qualidade na educação superior. Ao destacar o relato de experiência dos membros da CPA do Centro Universitário Inta – UNINTA enfatiza-se que atuaram e atuam comprometidos com a melhoria da qualidade da Instituição Superior, através do processo de avaliação interna, pretendendo abordar aspectos próprios de tomadas de decisões desenvolvidas pela comunidade acadêmica, desde sua criação em 2006 até os dias atuais, identificando as potencialidades e fragilidades, principalmente aquelas concernentes a IES e seus atores, no intuito de socializar através das mediações entre pares, na perspectiva democrática e participativa. Para realização do estudo, foram realizadas reuniões para levantamento de ações desenvolvidas pela CPA, estudos em relação à legislação interna e sobre os processos de sua implantação. Os autores que subsidiaram a fundamentação e aprimoramento do estudo foram: GADOTTI (1994); BALZAN (2000); DIAS SOBRINHO (2003); LIBÂNEO (2005); BRASIL (2011). Como desafio atual de alcance interno, é de fundamental importância alicerçar a cultura da participação ativa dos alunos no processo avaliativo de forma mais espontânea.

Abstract:
The assessment of the ethical point of view should belong to the public interest and also should be ensured through purposes of proactivity, participative nature and involving the academic community, the society and the Government, which is represented by the Ministry of Education in the System of Higher Education Assessment. Through the internal evaluations (assessment), we aim to mediate and integrate specific intentions from several interested groups such as: leaders, academic society, parents , students , civil society with the perspective of promoting changes in order to improve the higher education quality. When we point out the experience report from the Own Commission of Assessment members of INTA UNIVERSITY CENTER –UNITA, it is necessary to highlight that those members acted and continue acting based on the improvement of the higher education institution quality through the internal evaluation process and intending to approach the specific aspects in the decision-making process that was developed by the academic community since it has been created in 2006 until the current days , identifying the potentialities and weaknesses, especially those regarding the higher education institution and its actors with the purpose of socializing through the mediation between pairs in the democratic and participative perspective. To conduct the study, there were several meetings for the actions surveys which were developed by the Own Commission of Assessment. The studies were about the internal legislation and how to implement them the authors who subsidize the study basis and improvement were: GADOTTI (1994); BALZAN (2000); DIAS SOBRINHO (2003); LIBÂNEO (2005); BRASIL (2011). As the current internal reach challenge, it is extremely important to support the culture of students active participation in the evaluation process in a more spontaneous way.
