O PAPEL DA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR NA PROMOÇÃO DA ALIMENTAÇÃO SAUDÁVEL NA REDE MUNICIPAL DE EDUCAÇÃO DE MIMOSO DO SUL-ES
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar como acontecem as discussões entre os profissionais da educação, saúde e agricultura de Mimoso do Sul-ES sobre a importância da agricultura familiar no oferecimento de uma alimentação saudável nas escolas públicas municipais. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo, com base em análises de observações feitas a partir das percepções dos sujeitos envolvidos, pedagogos e agricultores, obtidas por questionários e observações individuais. O estudo está fundamentado em teorias que versam sobre a importância em identificar ações e políticas públicas existentes no município de Mimoso do Sul localizado no Espírito Santo para a promoção e incentivo de parcerias entre agricultores e escola através do Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola e como este dialoga com a comunidade. Os resultados apresentados mostraram que o programa PNAE beneficia substancialmente o sistema da alimentação escolar e o desenvolvimento rural sustentável ideal dos agricultores familiares do município de Mimoso do Sul-ES.

Abstract:
This research aims to investigate how discussions between education, health and agriculture professionals in Mimoso do Sul-ES take place about the importance of family farming in providing healthy food in municipal public schools. It is a qualitative research, based on analysis of observations made from the perceptions of the subjects involved, educators and farmers, obtained through questionnaires and individual observations. The study is based on theories about the importance of identifying existing public policies and actions in the municipality of Mimoso do Sul located in Espírito Santo for the promotion and incentive of partnerships between farmers and the school through the School's Political Pedagogical Project and how this dialogues with the community. The results presented showed that the PNAE program substantially benefits the school food system and the ideal sustainable rural development of family farmers in the municipality of Mimoso do Sul-ES.
