O MUNDO DO TRABALHO E A CONDIÇÃO DE VIDA DOS TRABALHADORES DA CATAÇÃO, UMA BREVE ANÁLISE. THE WORLD OF WORK AND THE LIFE CONDITION OF CATAÇÃO WORKERS, A BRIEF ANALYSIS.
O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar as condições de trabalho dos catadores de materiais recicláveis e compreender as transformações ocorridas no mundo do trabalho. Buscou-se compreender os diversos rebatimentos desta forma de trabalho e a capacidade organizativa que estes trabalhadores possuem para fortalecer a categoria na defesa e ampliação dos direitos e do enfrentamento como classe, diante da correlação de forças vividas na sociedade. Utilizou-se para desenvolvimento do artigo, pesquisa bibliográfica e análise documental. Este artigo buscou demonstrar as particularidades e determinantes das condições deste trabalho na vida social, econômica e política deste publico, e se esta forma de trabalho abarca os ativos mínimos para se fundamentar como atividade laborativa, em consonância com as legislações que regulamentam o trabalho no Brasil.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to analyze the working conditions of waste pickers and understand the changes occurring in the world of work. He sought to understand the various repercussions of this form of work and organizational capacity that these workers have to strengthen the category in the defense and expansion of rights and coping as a class, on the balance of forces experienced in society. It was used for article development, literature and document analysis. This paper aims to demonstrate the characteristics and determinants of conditions of work in the social, economic and political life of the public, and this form of work includes the minimum assets to be based as labor activity, in line with the laws regulating the work in Brazil .
