O MOVIMENTO ESTUDANTIL DE SERVIÇO SOCIAL COMO INSTRUMENTO NA DEFESA E REAFIRMAÇÃO DO PROJETO ÉTICO-POLÍTICO DE SERVIÇO SOCIAL NAS IES PRIVADAS.
O presente trabalho busca analisar
o Movimento Estudantil de Serviço Social
(MESS) como um instrumento na defesa e
reafirmação do Projeto Ético-Político de Serviço
Social (PEPSS) frente à mercantilização e
precarização do ensino superior. É resultado
de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental,
com observação participante, na qual, utilizouse
de uma abordagem qualitativa, a técnica
utilizada foi de análise de conteúdo. Conclui-se
que a vivência no MESS traz aos/as estudantes
a oportunidade de participar da organização
da categoria, buscando aproximar os/as
estudantes de debates que não vivenciados
em sala de aula, contribuindo, sobretudo,
para uma formação profissional comprometida
com o fortalecimento do projeto profissional
e promovendo uma maior articulação com as
lutas em defesa da classe trabalhadora.

Abstract:
The present work seeks to analyze
the Social Work Student Movement (MESS) as
an instrument in the defense and reaffirmation
of the Social Service Political-Ethical Project
(PEPSS) against the commercialization and
precarization of higher education. It is the result
of a bibliographical and documentary research,
with participant observation, in which, using
a qualitative approach, the technique used
was content analysis. It is concluded that the
experience in the MESS gives students the
opportunity to participate in the organization
of the category, seeking to bring students
closer to debates that are not experienced
in the classroom, contributing, above all,
to a professional formation committed to
strengthening professional and Promoting a
greater articulation with the struggles in defense
of the working class.
