O MITO E O MONSTRO: UMA ANÁLISE DO ESPETÁCULO DA CONDENAÇÃO NA OBRA “OS IRMÃOS KARAMÁZOV” DE DOSTOIÉVSKI
O presente estudo busca analisar a espetacularização da condenação, utilizando o romance “Os irmãos Karamázov” como objeto de estudo e demonstração da importância da temática para o mundo jurídico e para a atual conjuntura social. Possibilita-se, assim, uma aproximação entre a linguagem literária e jurídica, por meio da metodologia de estudo do Direito na Literatura (lawn in literature), usando a obra literária como um meio de compreensão do Direito, de suas instituições e seus atores.

Abstract:
The study seeks to analyze the spectacularization of the condemnation, using the novel "The Brothers Karamázov" as an object of study and demonstration the importance of the theme for the legal world and for the social conjecture of nowadays. Thus, an approximation between literary and legal language is possible through the Law in Literature methodology of study, using literary work as a means of understanding Law, its institutions and its actors.
