O MITO DA “INTERVENÇÃO MILITAR CONSTITUCIONAL” NO CONTEXTO DAS CONVULSÕES E SOBRESSALTOS INSTITUCIONAIS DA HISTÓRIA RECENTE BRASILEIRA
A presente pesquisa, motivada pelo
tumulto institucional na história recente brasileira,
objetivou examinar em que medida o aumento
do interesse da população brasileira por uma
“intervenção militar constitucional” decorreu
da propagação de falas de personagens
políticos ou de episódios relevantes para a
história nacional. Ainda, buscou-se elucidar de
que modo a internet, como enorme difusora
de conteúdo livre, pode contribuir para que
pensamentos flagrantemente antidemocráticos
surjam e cresçam junto parcela da opinião
pública. Adotando-se a técnica de pesquisa
bibliográfica examinou-se rapidamente a ideia
de uma “intervenção militar constitucional”
para, sem prejuizo de refutá-la, compreender
sua origem. Ainda, com o uso do procedimento
monográfico, analisou-se a correlação entre
eventos recentes da história político-institucional
brasileira com o incremento de interesse da
população sobre o tema“intervenção militar
constitucional”. Utilizando-se o método de
abordagem dedutivo, no primeiro capítulo
detalhou-se aspectos conceituais sobre o tema
ligado ao Direito Constitucional e, no segundo
capítulo, examinou-se os pontuais aumentos
de interesse da população sobre o tema, por
meio da utilização da ferramenta de pesquisa
na internet Google Trends. Chegou-se, então,
a conclusão de que o interesse pelo tema
“intervenção militar constitucional” guardou
relação direta com determinados momentos de
tumulto institucional ou de arroubos retóricos de
personagens públicos.

Abstract:
This research, motivated by the
institutional turmoil in recent Brazilian history,
had the purpose of examining to what extent the
increased interest of the Brazilian population for
a “constitutional military intervention” resulted
from the spread of political character speeches
or episodes relevant to national history.
Furthermore, it sought to elucidate how the Internet, as a huge free content spreader, can contribute to flagrantly undemocratic
thoughts to emerge and grow within the public opinion. Adopting the bibliographical
research technique, the idea of a “constitutional military intervention” was briefly
examined in order to understand its origin, even though it was refuted. Still, by the use
of monographic procedure, it was analyzed the correlation between recent events
on Brazilian political-institutional history and the increase of interest of the population
on the theme “constitutional military intervention”. Through the use of the deductive
approach method, its first chapter detailed conceptual aspects on the matter linked to
Constitutional Law and, in the second chapter, it examined the occasional increases
of interest of the population on the subject, using internet Google Trends search tool.
Afterall, there is a conclusion the interest for the “constitutional military intervention”
theme has a straight connection with occasional institutional riots or rhetorical exaltation
by public agents.
