O MÉDICO DIANTE DA OBJEÇÃO RELIGIOSA EM CASO DE RECUSA À TRANSFUSÃO DE SANGUE EM PACIENTE ADULTO INCONSCIENTE OU INCAPAZ
O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a objeção de consciência de base religiosa frente à transfusão de sangue em pacientes adultos inconscientes ou incapazes, e, o posicionamento médico diante dessa recusa. Para isto, estabeleceu-se a seguinte problemática: quais os limites da objeção da consciência religiosa e médica em situações de transfusão de sangue em paciente adulto ou incapaz? Trabalha-se com a hipótese de que o direito à vida preponderará frente à recusa à transfusão de sangue, em caso de iminente risco de morte, por motivos de convicção religiosa. Como análise metodológica, o método de abordagem utilizado neste trabalho foi o dedutivo.

Abstract:
The present study aimed to analyze the religious-based conscientious objection to blood transfusion in unconscious or incapacitated adult patients, and the medical position in the face of this refusal. For this, the following problem was established: what are the limits of the objection of religious and medical conscience in situations of blood transfusion in an adult or incapacitated patient? We work with the hypothesis that the right to life will prevail in the face of refusal to transfuse blood, in case of imminent risk of death, due to religious beliefs. As a methodological analysis, the approach used in this work was deductive.
