O MAL-ESTAR NO TRABALHO DO PROFESSOR DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA: PRECISAMOS FALAR SOBRE ISSO
O trabalho docente tem se
caracterizado nos últimos anos por mudanças
produzidas por políticas educacionais com
consequências na gestão e na subjetividade do
professor. O presente estudo pretende analisar
o mal-estar do professor da Educação Básica,
como uma possibilidade de transformação
na realidade do trabalho docente. Foram
levantados estudos relativos ao Mal-estar
docente, ao trabalho educativo e à subjetividade
dos trabalhadores, caracterizando este
estudo como pesquisa bibliográfica de análise
qualitativa. Podemos considerar que uma
forma de lidar com o adoecimento docente é
levantar a discussão sobre o tema para que
os trabalhadores, de posse do conhecimento,
busquem lutar contra o discurso hegemônico
que promove a precarização do trabalho
educativo.

Abstract:
The teaching work has been
characterized in the last years by changes
produced by educational policies with
consequences in the management and
subjectivity of the teacher. The present
study intends to analyze the malaise of the
Basic Education teacher, as a possibility of
transformation in the reality of the teaching
work. Studies were carried out regarding
teacher maladjustment, educational work and
worker subjectivity, characterizing this study as
a bibliographic research of qualitative analysis.
We can consider that one way of dealing with the
sickness of teachers is to raise the discussion
about the subject so that the workers, in
possession of knowledge, seek to fight against
the hegemonic discourse that promotes the
precariousness of educational work.
