O LUTO DAS MÃES E AVÓS DO BEBÊ PERFEITO EM TEMPOS DE MICROCEFALIA
Objetivo: Compreender o impacto
do diagnóstico de Microcefalia na dinâmica
familiar, na visão de mães e avós. Material
e método: Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa,
descritiva, com o uso da técnica da entrevista
semiestruturada para a produção de narrativas
de sete mães e duas avós de crianças com
Microcefalia. Resultados: Os relatos, baseados
nas experiências e repercussões emocionais
vivenciadas por avós e mães de crianças
diagnosticadas com Microcefalia durante a
gestação, no nascimento ou após confirmação do
exame de tomografia, falam sobre o sofrimento
do recebimento do diagnóstico; trazem os
sentimentos permeados de crenças religiosas,
determinismos religiosos. Conclusão. Receber
o diagnóstico de Microcefalia é o início do luto
do bebê ideal; profissionais necessitam se
sensibilizar quanto a necessidade de acolher
e repassar informações sobre o diagnóstico;
vários sentimentos afloram e a negação surge
disfarçada para encobrir a dificuldade de
adaptação no enfrentamento desse diagnóstico.

Abstract:
Aim: To understand the impact
of the diagnosis of a child with Microcephaly
in the family, through the eyes of mothers
and grandmothers. Material and method: This
was a qualitative, descriptive study. The semistructured interview technique was used to
listen to the reports of seven mothers and two
grandparents of children with Microcephaly.
Results: Based on the reports of the experiences and emotional repercussions
experienced by grandparents and mothers of children diagnosed with Microcephaly
during pregnancy, at birth or after confirmation by means of CT scan; they talk about the
suffering of receiving the diagnosis; they bring their feelings permeated with religious
beliefs, believing in religious determinism. Conclusion: By means of methodology
adopted it was conclude that receive the diagnosis of Microcephaly is the beginning
of the mourning of the ideal baby for mother and grandmother; professionals need
to be made aware of the need to pass on information and receive information about
the diagnosis; several feelings arise and the denial appears disguised to cover up the
difficulty of adaptation in facing this diagnosis.
