O LUGAR DO TRANSGÊNERO NO OCTÓGONO: GAME FACE
Este ensaio se contextualiza no discurso biológico e dos aspectos físicos questionados pelo fato de Fallon Fox “ser um homem”. Apesar da mudança de sexo e a carga hormonal que a atleta foi submetida, é julgada pelo público e alguns lutadores que este não é seu lugar. O objetivo é discorrer sobre qual é o lugar do transgênero no octógono, pautado no documentário GAME FACE. Iniciamos uma narrativa a partir do documentário Game Face, narrativa esta que será embebida de opiniões e inferências a partir de referências teóricas e científicas que desconstroem, reiteram, ressignificam, transformam e questionam o lugar social, principalmente o lugar esportivo de um transexual.

Abstract:
This essay contextualizes the biological discourse and physical aspects questioned by the fact that Fallon Fox "is a man." Despite the sex change and hormonal load the athlete has been subjected to, it is judged by the public and some fighters that this is not their place. The goal is to discuss what is the place of the transgender in the octagon, based on the documentary GAME FACE. We start a narrative from the documentary Game Face, a narrative that will be steeped in opinions and inferences from theoretical and scientific references that deconstruct, reiterate, resignify, transform and question the social place, especially the sports place of a transsexual.
