O lugar do acolhimento familiar, a quem pertence a criança?
O acolhimento familiar emerge no Brasil objetivando proteger e garantir direitos às crianças em situação de vulnerabilidade. Busca oferecer um ambiente familiar provisório em substituição à institucionalização. Entretanto, alguns atravessamentos perpassam o processo de saída. Desta forma, pretende-se problematizar o desacolhimento, o desligamento e as implicações socioafetivas para crianças inseridas neste contexto. Foi utilizado o referencial teórico da análise institucional e a perspectiva sócio-histórica. O método bibliográfico apoia o artigo. Considerar legítimo o pertencimento infantil parece ser um caminho razoável na contramão da violação de direitos. Assim, a criança precisa ser apreendida a partir da sua trajetória existencial.

Abstract:
Foster family emerges in Brazil with the aim of protecting and guaranteeing the rights of vulnerable children. It seeks to offer a provisional family environment to replace institutionalization. However, some crossings go through the exit process. In this way, it is intended to problematize the withdrawal, disconnection and socio-affective implications for children in this context. The theoretical framework of institutional analysis and the socio-historical perspective were used. The bibliographic method supports the article. Considering children’s belonging legitimate seems to be a reasonable path against the violation of rights. Thus, the child needs to be apprehended from his existential trajectory.
