O LONGO CAMINHO: DA SOBREVIVÊNCIA À TRANSCENDÊNCIA DO TRABALHO EM TEMPOS DE GLOBALIZAÇÃO
Este estudo sobre o processo de desenvolvimento e transformações do trabalho do final do século XX levou em conta a importância de se estabelecer um diálogo entre trabalho e educação, de acordo com as novas demandas impostas pelas transformações científico-tecnológicas para a formação humana, técnico-profissional e cidadã. O principal objetivo desta investigação foi analisar o processo de desenvolvimento e transformações do trabalho na história da humanidade, sua relação com a estrutura socioeconômica e as implicações das técnicas e tecnologias na formação dos novos profissional, de acordo novas formas e concepções de trabalho derivadas dos novos parâmetros da globalização. O ponto de partida para a metodologia desta pesquisa foi analisar as propostas pedagógicas de três Universidades e sua atuação na formação da mão de obra profissional que atuará no mercado de trabalho globalizado. A análise dos dados obtidos foi explicativa e interpretativa, apoiada nos referenciais teóricos da literatura estudada. Nas conclusões desta pesquisa pode-se constatar que as mudanças estruturais socioeconômicas forjadas pela globalização do final do século XX impuseram à Universidade a revisão do processo de formação dos profissionais que atuarão nesse novo mercado com exigências científico-tecnológicas, além do reconhecimento das novas demandas sociais, fatores relevantes que explicam, em parte, a dificuldade para a implantação das mudanças necessárias à formação profissional para o século XXI.

Abstract:
This work regarding the process of development and work transformations at the end of the 20th century regards the importance of establishing a dialogue between work and education, according to the new demands imposed by scientific-technological transformations for human, technical-professional and citizen. The main objective of this investigation was to analyze the process of development and transformations of work in the humanity history, its relationship with the socioeconomic structure and the implications of techniques and technologies in the training of new professionals, according to new forms and conceptions of work derived from new ones, parameters of globalization. The starting point for the methodology of this research was to analyze the pedagogical proposals of three Universities and their performance in the formation of the professional workforce that will took place in the globalized market. The analysis of the obtained data was explanatory and interpretive, supported by the theoretical references of the studied literature. In the conclusions of this research, it can be seen that the socio-economic structural changes forged by the globalization of the end of the 20th century forced the University to review the training process of professionals who will work in this new market with scientific and technological requirements, in addition to recognizing the new social demands, relevant factors that partially explain the difficulty in implementing the necessary changes to professional training for the 21st century.
