O jornal A Luta e o aniversário do golpe de 1964
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo discutir em que medida o jornal A Luta atuou como um importante veiculador de discursos apoiadores da Ditadura Militar, em Campo Maior, Piauí, contribuindo para que o regime militar conquistasse apoio na cidade. Pretendemos analisar o contexto de emergência deste semanário e sua relação com o espaço social e político em que estava situado. Para tanto, analisaremos como o jornal se expressou em relação ao 8° aniversário do golpe de 1964 e de que forma contribuiu para que a sociedade campomaiorense enaltecesse aquele regime. O jornal divulgava os feitos do regime e, concomitantemente, informava a população sobre os embates políticos locais, demonstrando seu posicionamento em relação à política local e nacional. Trabalhamos com a perspectiva de História e Imprensa a partir dos estudos de Capelato (1988), Peixoto e Cruz (2007), relacionando-o com o contexto da Ditatura civil-militar em que estava inserido o semanário, tendo como suporte as pesquisas de Kushnir (2001) e Fico (2019), entre outros, a partir do uso da metodologia da análise de conteúdo das matérias do jornal, publicadas no referido noticioso, em 31 de março

Abstract:
This paper aims to discuss the extent to which the newspaper A Luta acted as an important carrier of speeches supporting the Military Dictatorship, in Campo Maior, Piauí, contributing to the military regime gaining support in the city. We intend to analyze the emergency context of this weekly and its relationship with the social and political space in which it was located. To this end, we will analyze how the newspaper expressed itself in relation to the 8th anniversary of the 1964 coup and how it contributed to the Campomaiorense society to exalt that regime. The newspaper publicized the achievements of the regime and, at the same time, informed the population about local political conflicts, demonstrating its position in relation to local and national politics.
