O JEITINHO BRASILEIRO COMO A PRINCIPAL CARACTERÍSTICA DA TEORIA BRASILEIRA DA ADMINISTRAÇÃO. UM CASO NA GESTÃO PÚBLICA.
O objetivo deste artigo foi investigar,
por meio de entrevista em profundidade, se
há influência do elemento cultural jeitinho
brasileiro na forma de administrar dos
indivíduos pesquisados, com base nas
contribuições dos estudos de Alberto Guerreiro
Ramos e Barros & Prates. O estudo ainda
visou identificar se os gestores adotam uma
forma brasileira de administrar e qual a relação
entre a cultura brasileira e os resultados
obtidos pela organização pública estudada.
A amostra não probabilística foi composta por
oito gestores de uma instituição pública. Foi
utilizada a metodologia qualitativa, e optou-se
pela realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas
em profundidade envolvendo a interpretação
dos dados coletados a partir da análise de
conteúdo sugerida por Bardin (1977). A
conclusão foi a de que os estudos do sociólogo
Alberto Guerreiro Ramos continuam muito
atuais, já que a investigação apontou para
uma forma personalizada de administrar, com
uma ressaltada característica de se resolver
com o jeitinho brasileiro. Com os resultados
encontrados no estudo, percebe-se que o legado
de Alberto Guerreiro Ramos avança sobre o
campo da administração pública brasileira,
sendo extremamente atual, mesmo mais de
35 anos após a sua morte, demonstrando a
profundidade, longevidade e qualidade de
sua imensa obra, não podendo continuar tão
relegado ao esquecimento, especialmente no
que tange a construção de uma teoria brasileira
da administração.

Abstract:
This objective of this article was to
investigate, through na in – depth interview, if there
is influence of the Brazilian cultural elemento in
the way of administering the individuals studied,
based on the contributions of the studies of
Alberto Guerreiro Ramos and Barros & Prates.
The study also aimed to identify if managers
adopt a Brazilian way of managing and waht
the relationship between Brazilian culture and
the results obntained by the public organization
studied. The non-probabilistic sample consisted
of eight managers from a public institution. The
qualitative methodology was used, and semistructured interviews involving the interpretation
of the data collected from the content analysis
suggested by Bardin (1977) were chosen. The
conclusion was the studies of the sociologist
Alberto Guerreiro Ramos remain very current,
since the investigation pointed to a personlized
way of administering, with na outstanding
characteristic of solving with the Brazilian way.
With the results found in the study, it can be seen that the legacy of Alberto Guerreiro
Ramos advances in the field of Brazilian public administration, being extremely current,
even more than 35 years after his death, demonstrating the depth, longevity and quality
of his immense and can not remain so relegated to oblivion, especially in what concerns
the consctruction of a Brazilian theory.
