O ISOLAMENTO DO TELETRABALHADOR NA SOCIEDADE: UMA REFLEXÃO SOB A ÓTICA DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS
O presente artigo possui como objeto de estudo a análise das questões afetas ao teletrabalho, com enfoque na ótica dos direitos humanos e as consequências advindas dessa modalidade de labor na sociedade contemporânea, especialmente no que tange ao “isolamento social” do teletrabalhador. Para isto, necessária se faz uma abordagem inicial acerca de como é tratado o teletrabalho no país após sua regulamentação no Brasil por meio da Reforma Trabalhista, ocorrida pela Lei n.º 13.467/2017, que introduziu os artigos 75-A a 75-E à Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT), e que passou a prever especificamente esta modalidade de labor. A partir daí, será possível refletir acerca do tema objeto de pesquisa, qual seja, o isolamento do teletrabalhador de sua convivência social e sindical: uma reflexão sob a ótica dos direitos humanos. O método dedutivo será utilizado na análise crítica e construção do presente trabalho e a técnica de pesquisa que se pretende adotar será a pesquisa bibliográfica.

Abstract:
This article has as its object of study the analysis of issues related to telecommuting, focusing on the perspective of human rights and the consequences arising from this modality of labor in contemporary society, especially regarding the “social isolation” of teleworkers. This requires an initial approach to how teleworking is dealt with in the country following its regulation in Brazil through the Labor Reform, which occurred under Law No. 13.467 / 2017, which introduced Articles 75-A to 75-E. Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), which now specifically provides for this type of labor. From there, it will be possible to reflect on the subject of research, namely, the isolation of the teleworker from their social and union life: a reflection from the perspective of human rights. The deductive method will be used in the critical analysis and construction of the present work and the research technique to be adopted will be the bibliographic research.
