O INVENTÁRIO COMO INSTRUMENTO DE PRESERVAÇÃO E RESGATE DA MEMÓRIA: o caso do Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo – campus São Paulo
Este artigo de caráter qualitativo
tem por objetivo demonstrar a imparcialidade
e eficácia do Inventário como instrumento
analítico de um bem cultural, através do qual
é possível elencar os aspectos memoráveis de
um patrimônio a ser conservado resgatando
a memória e o pertencimento de um grupo
pela ambiência inerentes a um Patrimônio
Cultural, aspecto estes a serem preservados
pelo uso da documentação inventarial. Estas
são abordagens relativamente recentes para
o estudo arquitetônico patrimonial. O aspecto
imaterial inerente a tal fatia cultural ainda causa
muitas dúvidas quanto ao grau de tombamento
cabível a um bem imóvel representativo, que
não necessariamente, carregue em si aspectos
pitorescos e de estilo construtivo arquitetônico
inegável. Tais questões nos levaram a
desenvolver um modelo de Documentação
Patrimonial por Inventário visando perpetuar a
memória e referências culturais de um imóvel
na extremidade sul da cidade de São Paulo
(atual Centro Universitário Adventista de São
Paulo – UNASP-SP), fundado em 1915 por
norte-americanos e europeus que vieram ao
Brasil a fim de trazer sua cultura e modo de
vida incomum: sistema de ensino pautado
em princípios e valores sólidos, em primeira
instância para formar teólogos aptos para dirigir
a comunidade adventista. Tal documentação
inventarial de um Patrimônio Cultural a ser
apresentada neste artigo, pretende ser
possível modelo de Inventário em demais bens
semelhantes a este em caráter e história nas
demais localidades brasileiras que guardem em
si suas especificidades.

Abstract:
This qualitative article aims to
demonstrate the impartiality and effectiveness
of the Inventory as an analytical instrument
of a culture good, through which it is possible
to list the memorable aspects of a heritage to
be conserved by rescuing the memory and
belonging of a group by the inherent ambience.
Culture Heritage, an aspect to be preserved
using inventory documentation. These are
relatively recent approaches to heritage architectural study. The immaterial aspect
inherent in such a cultural slice still raises many doubts as to the degree of tipping
applicable to a representative immovable property, which does not necessarily carry
picturesque aspects and an undeniable architectural constructive style. These question
led us to develop an Inventory Heritage Documentation model aimed at perpetuating
the memory and the cultural references of a property on the southern tip of São Paulo
(present-day Adventist University of São Paulo – UNASP-SP), founded in 1915 by
the north-Americans and Europeans who came to Brazil to bring their culture and
unusual way of life: education system based on sound principles and values, in the
first instance to train theologians able to lead the Adventist community. Such inventory
documentation of a Cultural Heritage to be presented in this article, is intended to be
possible Inventory model in other goods like this one in character and history in other
Brazilian localities that keep their specifities.
