O IMPACTO DOS AVANÇOS TECNOLÓGICOS VERSUS ASSISTÊNCIA HUMANIZADA NA UNIDADE TERAPIA INTENSIVA
As Unidades de Terapias Intensivas
(UTI) tornam-se mais sofisticadas, em
consequência isso se torna uma limitação da
humanização. A importância desse trabalho
busca induzir mudança na mecanização da
humanização na unidade de terapia intensiva,
levando ao paciente assistência digna e
humana. Tendo como objetivo reconhecer
fatores que dificultam esse tipo de prática pela
equipe multiprofissional de terapia intensiva.
Metodologia: Foi realizado o levantamento da
literatura em Março de 2018, na base de dados
BDENF na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS),
LILACS, MEDLINE e Google Acadêmico. Os
critérios de inclusão foram: Artigos no idioma
português, dos últimos cinco anos, trabalhos que
analisassem a mecanização da humanização
na unidade de terapia intensiva. Os critérios de
exclusão foram artigos de revisão de literatura ou
metanálise. Sendo incluídos 09 artigos conforme
os critérios de elegibilidade. Resultados e
Discussão: Estudos demonstram que para
ocorrer condutas humanizadas, é necessária
a avaliação da estrutura física, organizacional,
condições de trabalho, realizar acolhimento
com diálogo, interação e respeito. Conclusões:
Encontrou-se em mais da metade dos estudos
que precisaria melhorar a humanização neste
ambiente. Já uma parcela mínima acreditou
que está acontecendo de maneira adequada à
humanização na assistência desses pacientes
críticos. Em contrapartida, uma minoria não
estava satisfeito com a maneira que acontece
a humanização nas UTIs. Entretanto, é
indispensável que não haja generalização desse
resultado a todos os cenários, assim devendo
construir mais pesquisas sobre a temática.

Abstract:
Intensive Therapy Units (ICUs)
become more sophisticated, as a consequence,
it becomes a limitation of humanization. The
importance of this work seeks to induce change
in the mechanization of the humanization in
the intensive care unit, leading to the patient
a dignified and humane assistance. Aiming to
recognize factors that make this type of practice
difficult for the multiprofessional intensive care
team. Methodology: The survey was carried
out in March 2018, in the database BDENF in the
Virtual Health Library (VHL), LILACS, MEDLINE
and Google Scholar. The inclusion criteria were: Articles in the Portuguese language
of the last five years, works that analyzed the mechanization of humanization in the
intensive care unit. Exclusion criteria were articles of literature review or meta-analysis.
9 articles are included according to the eligibility criteria. Results and Discussion:
Studies show that in order to achieve humanized behaviors, it is necessary to evaluate
the physical, organizational, working conditions, and to carry out dialogue, interaction
and respect. Conclusions: It was found in more than half of studies that it would need
to improve humanization in this environment. Already a minimal portion believed that
is happening in a manner appropriate to humanization in the care of these critical
patients. On the other hand, a minority was not satisfied with the way humanization
happens in ICUs. However, it is imperative that there is no generalization of this result
to all scenarios, so that more research on the subject must be built.
