O IMPACTO DO FARMACÊUTICO CLÍNICO ATUAÇÃO PERMANENTE DO FARMACÊUTICO NA ALIMENTAÇÃO PARENTERAL EM UTI’SUTI ADULTO
A utilização da nutrição parenteral em pacientes admitidos na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva – UTI. É constituída por uma associação de substâncias que são manipuladas e prescritas de acordo com a necessidade de cada paciente. Objetivo desse artigo é avaliar a utilização de nutrição parenteral de forma geral, e a participação do farmacêutico. Este trabalho foi realizado por meio de revisão bibliográfica, para contextualizar e compreender acerca do tema abordado. Podemos concluir que a NPT é de suma importância e grande complexidade, onde sua manipulação requer exclusividade do farmacêutico, o qual assume papel fundamental somando seus esforços aos dos outros profissionais de saúde.

Abstract:
The use of parenteral nutrition in patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit - ICU. It consists of an association of substances that are manipulated and prescribed according to the need of each patient. Aim of this article is to evaluate the use of parenteral nutrition in general, and the participation of the pharmacist. This work was carried out through a bibliographical review, to contextualize and understand about the topic addressed. We can conclude that NPT is of great importance and great complexity, where its manipulation requires exclusivity of the pharmacist, who assumes a fundamental role adding their efforts to those of other health professionals.
