O IMPACTO DA INTERNACIONALIZAÇÃO SOBRE OS SISTEMAS DE CONTROLE GERENCIAL DE EMPRESAS DO SETOR INDUSTRIAL DO RIO DE JANEIRO
O artigo trata do impacto da
internacionalização sobre os sistemas de
controle gerencial de empresas do setor
industrial do Rio de Janeiro. Dentro deste
contexto entende-se que o Sistema de
Controle Gerencial, definido por Berry et al.,
como processo para orientar as organizações
em ambientes de mudança é um processo
fundamental para facilitar o acompanhamento
do desempenho da empresa em outros
países e que deve servir como um guia para
que o processo de expansão possa se dar de
forma eficiente e assim a empresa direcionar
seus caminhos rumo a internacionalização,
atingindo as metas e objetivos planejados,
conforme afirmam GOMES e SALA (2001).
Para alcance dos objetivos, foi realizado
um estudo bibliográfico sobre Sistemas de
Controle e Processo de Internacionalização,
e posteriormente uma pesquisa com trinta e
duas empresas, do segmento de serviços, que
possuem atividades em outros países e uma
análise de suas práticas em relação a literatura
existente. Através dos resultados apresentados,
espera-se que outras pesquisas direcionadas ao
objeto deste estudo possam ser desenvolvidas,
no intuito de favorecer também as empresas
deste ramo de atividade, para que possam
aperfeiçoar seus Sistemas de Controle e serem
cada vez mais competitivas no mercado global.

Abstract:
The article deals with the impact
of internationalization on the management
control systems of companies in the industrial
sector of Rio de Janeiro. Within this context,
it is understood that the Management Control
System, defined by Berry et al., As a process to
guide organizations in changing environments
is a fundamental process to facilitate the
monitoring of company performance in other
countries and that should serve as a guide
so that the expansion process can take place
efficiently and thus the company directs its
path towards internationalization, reaching the
planned goals and objectives, as stated by
GOMES and SALA (2001). In order to reach
the objectives, a bibliographic study on Control
Systems and Internationalization Process was
carried out, followed by a survey of thirty-two
companies from the services segment, which
have activities in other countries and an analysis
of their practices in relation to literature existing.
Through the presented results, it is expected that
other research aimed at the object of this study
can be developed, in order to favor companies

in this branch of activity, so that they can improve their Control Systems and become
increasingly competitive in the global market.
