O IMPACTO DA EMPRESA BRF S.A. NA SAUDE, ECONOMIA E EDUCAÇÃO: UM ESTUDO NO MUNICÍPIO DE LUCAS DO RIO VERDE
O crescimento de uma cidade pode
vir de diversas formas, passando por etapas,
claras ou não. No caso do município de Lucas
do Rio Verde-MT, a cidade passou por uma
grande transformação com a chegada de uma
grande empresa conhecida como Sadia, que
futuramente seria conhecida como BRF. Assim,
o estudo tem como objetivo geral demonstrar a
contribuição que a empresa BRF S.A teve em
Lucas do Rio Verde desde sua chegada em 2006
até 2019. Como objetivo específico a pesquisa
busca descrever Lucas do Rio Verde antes e
depois da empresa BRF S.A. Esses descritos
analisa a migração que essa organização
acarretou, a economia que a empresa trouxe
para a região, e em consequência, os impactos
na saúde e educação do município, para tanto foi
utilizado a pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem
qualitativa. Os principais resultados indicam
que a migração concentra-se em pessoas da
região Nordeste, em sua maioria colaboradores
da BRF S.A e familiares, em consequência
disso, o PIB do setor industrial cresceu 1003%
após a chegada da Sadia (atual BRF S.A), com
essa receita sendo distribuída em educação e
saúde, aumentando assim escolas e postos de
saúde e a qualidade dos mesmos.

Abstract:
The growth of a city can come
in several forms, going through stages, clear
or not. In the case of the municipality of
Lucas do Rio Verde-MT, the city underwent a
major transformation with the arrival of a large
company known as Sadia, which in the future
would be known as BRF. Thus, the study
aims to demonstrate the contribution that the company BRF SA had in Lucas do Rio
Verde from its arrival in 2006 until 2019. As a specific objective the research seeks to
describe Lucas do Rio Verde before and after the company BRF SA Those described
analyzes the migration that this organization caused, the economy that the company
brought to the region, and as a consequence, the impacts on health and education
in the municipality, for this purpose, descriptive research was used, with a qualitative
approach. The main results indicate that migration is concentrated in people from the
Northeast region, mostly BRF SA employees and family members. As a result, the
GDP of the industrial sector grew 1003% after the arrival of Sadia (now BRF SA), with
this revenue being distributed in education and health, thus increasing schools and
health posts and their Quality.
