O IMAGINÁRIO COMO VIA DE TRANSGRESSÃO DO REAL
Este texto pretende mostrar uma
pequena parte do pensamento de Luiz Costa
Lima, na sua incontornável obra, O controle
do imaginário. Obra incontornável porque
pensa sobre discursos que historicamente
determinaram o lugar de inverdade, de mentira,
do discurso ficcional, invalidando a ficção como
via de construção de saberes, como via de
relativização de verdades social e culturalmente
estabelecidas. Este trabalho tem a intenção,
então, de provocar leituras, pesquisas e
diálogos sobre a construção histórica de um
veto ao ficcional que é, em última instância, um
veto à nossa própria imaginação - exercitada em
altíssimo grau pela literatura - na interpretação
do mundo e da sociedade que constituímos.

Abstract:
This text has the objective of
showing a small part of the thought of Luiz
Costa Lima, in his uncontrollable work, The
control of the imaginary. It is an indispensable
work because it thinks about discourses that
historically determined the place of untruth,
of lie, of fictional discourse, invalidating fiction
as a way of building knowledge, as a way of
relativizing socially and culturally established
truths. The aim of this work is therefore to
provoke readings, researches and dialogues
on the historical construction of a veto to the
fictional which is ultimately a veto to our own
imagination - exercised to a very high degree by
literature - in the interpretation of the world and
of the society we constitute.
