Abstract: This article explores the structural transformation of the Brazilian Judiciary through Artificial Intelligence (AI), analyzing its benefits and challenges in the pursuit of an ethical and efficient implementation. AI emerges as a tool to combat slowness (delay), optimize management, and expand access to justice, with examples such as LOGOS, PANGEA, and ChatJT. The National Council of Justice (CNJ), the central regulatory body, defines the landscape of AI in the Judiciary with the recent Resolution of February 18, 2025, establishing ethical and security guidelines. The adaptation of legal professionals to this new reality is accompanied by regulatory, ethical, and operational challenges, such as the need for a specific legal framework, data security, and mitigation of algorithmic bias. The future of AI in the Judiciary, with trends such as blockchain and hybrid AI, is optimistic, but requires human oversight, multidisciplinarity, and training. This work concludes that the confluence between innovation and the values of law is essential for an AI that serves justice and society, with positive results for the population.
