O FORTALECIMENTO DO VÍNCULO PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO DOS SISTEMAS DE SAÚDE ORIENTADOS PELA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA
A produção científica tem
acompanhado o movimento de valorização
da abordagem integral e da subjetividade. a)
Objetivos: Considerando que o vínculo favorece
a identificação de aspectos subjetivos do cuidado
e que fortalece serviços e sistemas organizados
pela Atenção Primária em Saúde, objetivou-se
abordar os seus elementos constituintes e a
forma como se estabelece, em um cenário do
âmbito da saúde suplementar, orientado pelo
Modelo de Atenção Integral e com serviços
organizados a partir da Estratégia de Saúde da
Família. b) Métodos: Foram entrevistados 33
participantes, com idade entre 19 e 97 anos,
entre homens e mulheres, caracterizados
como vinculados. A Teoria Fundamentada nos
Dados (TFD) e o Interacionismo Simbólico
foram os referenciais metodológico e teórico
utilizados. A análise dos dados extraídos das
entrevistas ocorreu a partir do processo de
codificação proposto pela TFD (Codificação
Aberta, Axial e Teórica). c) Resultados: A
análise realizada permitiu o desvelamento dos
elementos constituintes do vínculo, bem como
a elaboração de teoria sobre como o vínculo
é estabelecido. d) Conclusões: O vínculo nos
serviços de saúde se constrói em um processo
relacional que se dá de forma multifatorial,
passando, entre outros, por aspectos sociais e
subjetivos. Ressaltam-se elementos descritos
ligados ao cenário conjuntural da realidade
estudada, aplicáveis ao setor público.

Abstract:
The scientific production has
accompanied the movement of valorization
of the integral approach and subjectivity. a)
Objectives: Considering that the link favors
the identification of subjective aspects of care
and that strengthens services and systems
organized by Primary Health Care, the objective
was to address its constituent elements and the
way it is established, in a scenario within the
scope of the supplementary health, guided by the
Comprehensive Care Model and with services
organized from the Family Health Strategy. b)
Methods: We interviewed 33 participants, aged
between 19 and 97 years, between men and
women, characterized as linked. The Grounded
Theory (TFD) and Symbolic Interactionism were
the methodological and theoretical references
used. The analysis of the data extracted from the interviews occurred from the coding
process proposed by the TFD (Open, Axial and Theoretical Coding). c) Results: The
analysis made possible the unveiling of the constituent elements of the bond, as well
as the elaboration of theory about how the bond is established. d) Conclusions: The
link in health services is built on a relational process that occurs in a multifactorial
way, passing, among others, by social and subjective aspects. We highlight elements
described related to the conjunctural scenario of the reality studied, applicable to the
public sector.
