O FLUXO MIGRATÓRIO COMO ÚNICA OPÇÃO PARA MELHORIA NA QUALIDADE DE VIDA
O deslocamento de grandes
contingentes de indivíduos de um país para o
outro sempre existiu, embora, nos últimos anos,
tenha se intensificado por motivos sociais e
políticos. Este artigo demonstra a motivação da
migração com enfoque na busca por trabalho.
A partir da compreensão da motivação, buscase a análise das diversas normativas nacionais
e internacionais que protegem os imigrantes
na seara social e trabalhista. Nesse âmbito,
o artigo pretende analisar o fenômeno das
imigrações regulares e a preservação dos
direitos, envolvendo uma metodologia de estudo
de casos, com técnicas de pesquisa derevisões
bibliográficas, jurisprudenciais, normas jurídicas
e consulta em sítioseletrônicos.

Abstract:
The movement of large numbers
of individuals from one country to another has
always existed, although in recent years it
has intensified for social and political reasons.
This article demonstrates the motivation of the
migration with focus on the search for work.
Based on the understanding of motivation, the
analysis of the various national and international
regulations that protect immigrants in the social
and labor sectors is sought. In this context,
the article intends to analyze the phenomenon
of regular immigration and the preservation of
rights, involving a methodology of case studies,
with research techniques bibliographical
references, jurisprudential, legal norms and
consultation in electronic and electronic.
