O FIO DA HISTÓRIA – NAS TRILHAS DE OURO PRETO DO OESTE-RO. VITRAIS DA MEMÓRIA DE PROFESSORES E ESCOLAS
Este artigo versa sobre uma pesquisa
realizada na Faculdade Uneouro pelo Grupo de
Pesquisa e História da Educação e Memória de
Ouro Preto do Oeste (GEPHEM-OPO), por meio
da elaboração de uma linha de tempo, contendo
as datas de fundação, a localização das escolas
nas linhas e travessões, os professores que
atuaram nesse espaço, o processo formativo
desses professores. O DVD que hora concluímos
traz algumas fontes colhidas na sede do INCRA
em Ji-Paraná/RO, na Secretaria Municipal de
Educação, Cultura e Esportes (SEMECE), nas
Secretarias de Educação de outros municípios
que antes pertenciam a Ouro Preto do Oeste:
Urupá, Teixeirópolis, Mirante da Serra, Nova
União e Vale do Paraíso. Pesquisamos na
Coordenação Regional de Educação (CRE),
de Ouro Preto do Oeste e em várias escolas.
Em relação à Câmara dos Vereadores fizemos
um apanhado das Leis que falam da Educação
no Município. A linha de tempo já concluida
servirá como recurso didático e de pesquisa
para educandos das escolas da rede pública e
particular de ensino do município, para alunos
da graduação e pós-graduação da Uneouro que
desejam fazer seus TCCs com base nas 303
escolas que o município já teve, a maioria na
zona rural. Quanto ao vídeo, traz algumas das
64 entrevistas que foram realizadas com antigos
professores falando da profissão, das escolas,
do pedagógico, das dificuldades, dos alunos, das
famílias, dos salários e formação profissional.
Este DVD tem como objeto a institucionalização
da escola primária em Ouro Preto do Oeste/RO,
seus sujeitos e procedimentos pedagógicos,
em três períodos: 1º) de 1970-1980, início dos
projetos implantados pelo Instituto Nacional de
Colonização e Reforma Agrária (INCRA), vários
contingentes populacionais provenientes das
regiões Sul, Sudeste e Centro-Oeste do Brasil
deslocaram-se para a região, contribuindo para
sua prosperidade. O segundo período equivale
à fundação do município: 16/06/1981 até 1996
com a publicação da LDB 9.394/96 e a terceira
etapa de 1997-2015, momentos fortes do processo de institucionalização do ensino municipal. Estamos fazendo o inventário
das fontes. A partir da investigação documental que objetiva localizar e mapear os
diferentes documentos que apresentam sujeitos, memórias e objetos dessas antigas
escolas, num movimento que busca dar visibilidade a estas instituições educativas,
muitas vezes esquecidas, pois muitas delas já foram fechadas devido à polarização.

Abstract:
This article deals with a research carried out at Uneouro University by
the Research Group and History of Education and Memory of Ouro Preto do Oeste
(GEPHEM-OPO), through the elaboration of a timeline, containing the dates of
foundation, the location of the schools in the countryside, the teachers who worked
in this space, the formative process of those teachers. The DVD that we conclude
brings some sources collected at INCRA National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian
Reform headquarters in Ji Paraná / RO, at the Municipal Secretary of Education,
Culture and Sports (SEMECE), at the Departments of Education of other municipalities
that previously belonged to Ouro Preto do Oeste: Urupá, Teixeirópolis, Mirante
da Serra, Nova União and Vale do Paraíso. We searched the Regional Education
Coordination (CRE), Ouro Preto do Oeste and several schools. Regarding the City
Council we made an overview of the Laws that speak of Education in the Municipality.
The completed timeline will serve as a didactic and research resource for students from
public and private schools in the municipality, for undergraduate and graduate students
from Uneouro who wish to do their undergraduate thesis (TCCs) based on the 303
schools that the municipality already had, mostly in the countryside. As for the video,
it brings some of the 64 interviews that were conducted with former teachers talking
about the profession, schools, pedagogical, difficulties, students, families, salaries and
vocational training. This DVD has as its object the institutionalization of the primary
school in Ouro Preto do Oeste / RO, its subjects and pedagogical procedures, in three
periods: 1) from 1970-1980, beginning of the projects implemented by the National
Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA). several population contingents
from the South, Southeast and Midwest of Brazil moved to the region, contributing to
its prosperity. The second period is equivalent to the foundation of the municipality:
06/16/1981 until 1996 with the publication of LDB 9.394 / 96 Law of guidelines and
bases of education.And the third stage of 1997-2015, strong moments of the process
of institutionalization of municipal education. We are inventorying the sources. From
the documentary investigation that aims to locate and map the different documents
that present subjects, memories and objects of these old schools, in a movement that
seeks to give visibility to these educational institutions, often forgotten, because many
of them have already been closed due to polarization.
